COAM 1099 Notice

The Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) is required by federal law to provide a Form 1099-MISC to Class B Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) licensees for its share of COAM revenue recorded in each calendar year. The miscellaneous income recorded on each 2016 Form 1099-MISC (Box 7) is the share of COAM revenue for each licensee operating under the taxpayer identification number identified on the form, as required by Federal Law. COAM Forms 1099-MISC will be mailed out by GLC by the end of January 2017.
